The orange peel in the beer beautifully enhances the taste of the bergamot filling in the white chocolate praline. Lupulus Hopera & Marzipan Truffle : The hoppiness of the beer and the powerful marzipan infill with orange zest of the truffle are a pure delight. Without words. Bolleke De Koninck & Krokante praliné : First, the fruitiness and the toffee and caramel flavours are enhanced in the beer, after which the aroma of the hazelnuts is boosted. Coccinelle beer & Mustard praline : The mustard ganache of the praline goes surprisingly well with the Coccinelle triple. The spicy flavour of the beer strengthens and at the same time extinguishes the aroma of the praline. Surprising combination. Lili beer & Lime/Ginger praline : At the first start, the aroma of the lime and ginger is enhanced by the beer after which the floral of the beer brings everything nicely into balance. Rodenbach Grand Cru & Raspberry praline : The acidity of the raspberry filling and the beer is first harmoniously enhanced after which the taste of the dark chocolate comes to the fore. Triporter Full Moon beer & Caramel Salé praline : First start of light coffee and a hint of caramel from the beer, passing to the hint of caramel from the praline that lingers on. Lola beer & Espresso praline : Dark espresso with hints of chocolate. Very harmonious.
