Very floral. 10. Brel Brûlé : A soft vanilla filling enrobed in blond 32% Dulcey chocolate. * 2018 Benelux Bronze – International Chocolate Awards Cornet : An explosion of vanilla in the mouth. 12. Caramel salé : Homemade caramel with fleur de sel de Camargue. * 2019 and 2020 listing as favorite praline by Gault&Millau Alpaide : First start of light coffee and a hint of caramel from the beer, passing to the hint of caramel from the praline that lingers. 16. Sea buckthornberry : Jelly of sea buckthornberry with a praline of caramelized hazelnuts from Piedmont. * 2018 Benelux Bronze – International Chocolate Awards Rodenbach : The acidity of the sea buckthorn jelly and the beer is first strengthened and then flows out nicely into an enhanced aroma of the caramelised hazelnuts, thanks to the caramel present in the beer and the vanilla touch. 23.
