Then the spiciness of the hops takes over to allow the pepper to flow gently into the mouth. 22. Sea buckthornberry : Jelly of seabuckthornberry with a praline of caramelized hazelnuts from Piedmont. * 2018 Benelux Bronze – International Chocolate Awards Rodenbach Grand Cru: The acidity of the sea buckthorn jelly and the beer is first strengthened and then flows beautifully into an enhanced aroma of caramelised hazelnuts, thanks to the caramel and vanilla notes present in the beer.
